Which image file formats are supported by WaveVisual?

WaveVisual supports image exports in PNG, JPEG, SVG and PDF formats.

What is the export resolution?

For PNG and JPG files, the maximum resolution is 12000 pixels. PDF and SVG exports are vector files. Sound waves in them can be scaled up indefinitely.

Can I download the sound wave animation as a video?

Unfortunately, we do not have that feature yet.

How can I download a soundwave art?

Download options for your soundwave art will be visible after purchasing your artwork.

What sources of audio or music can I use?

How does WaveVisual generate audio waveforms?

Your leftover credits stay in your account indefinitely.

How can I add a coupon code?

Showing the location of the coupon code field within the payment form

How long does it take to receive a refund?

A refund takes somewhere between 2 to 5 working days depending on the payment method used.

How can I play my audio?

After uploading your audio file or selecting a song, Play button will appear at the top left corner of the page.

Can I scan the sound wave back?

Our editor supports QR codes to scan the artworks.

Can I upload a background image to my sound wave artwork?

How can I save?

Designs on WaveVisual are automatically saved every time you make a change.

What are the maximum length and file size allowed for audio files?

A maximum of 100MBs for an audio file

Do QR codes created with WaveVisual expire?

QR codes on WaveVisual will continue to work as long as WaveVisual exists.

Can I layer multiple waveforms on a single artwork?

Unfortunately, not at the moment

Can I scan the sound wave back?

Yes! We have an app you can use to scan your sound wave and listen to the audio behind it.
