
Once you acquired credits, using them is quite straightforward. Right above “Continue to Checkout” button in “**Download”** tab, your remaining credits will be visible along with an “**Order with credit”** button.

After clicking the button, our systems will use 1 credit from your account and start generating your artwork in various file formats. As seen below, you will presented with four file formats that you can generate your sound wave art in.

For PNG and JPG formats, there are also options to resize your sound wave artwork to a smaller resolution if you need it. There aren’t any resizing options for PDF and SVG formats since they’re vector files. Vector files can be scaled up or down without distorting the image.



Paying with credits in WaveVisual is pretty simple. You will see an option to pay with your credits under the Download tab.

How can I use credits to purchase a design?


To cancel your subscription, head to [your account](https://wavevisual.com/my-account) and click on “Cancel your subscription” link which will take you to our payment provider’s cancellation page. There, you can simply click on “Cancel” again to complete the cancellation.

Your leftover credits stay in your account indefinitely. Even after you cancel your subscription, the credits you already paid for will not be removed. You can always check the number of credits you have left on [your account](https://wavevisual.com/my-account).
